I am Isaiah Tse, Strategic Programme Lead at Prophecy Enterprise Ltd, a UK-registered company developing a food and clean-energy initiative in Papua New Guinea (PNG). I bring over 20 years of international industrial and commercial experience.
Over the past four years, I have built relationships with PNG landowners, farmers and churches. This work has shaped a practical approach: combine established technologies with local knowledge to build commercially viable operations that improve rural livelihoods.
Our proposed pilot integrates local rice production, solar energy and productive use of agricultural residues. It addresses unreliable electricity, dependence on imported food and limited earning opportunities. Some rural families we aim to work with live on as little as US$136 per month, yet PNG often falls outside investors' regional mandates.
We are pre-revenue and seeking US$250,000 in first external funding to establish the pilot and validate its operating model. I welcome angel investors and strategic partners who can offer capital, practical guidance or introductions to help us deliver lasting social and environmental impact.
