With a strong background in operations, distribution, and grassroots business development, Jigar focuses on empowering small-scale food vendors by improving packaging, quality control, digital integration, and customer service. Through OTW, he aims to formalize the unorganized travel food ecosystem—bringing technology, transparency, and trust into a traditionally fragmented market.
His mission is twofold: enhance the travel experience for passengers with safe and timely food delivery, and create sustainable income growth for local vendors by integrating them into a structured, scalable supply network.
