With 20+ years experience, my career spans varied functional roles. I have worked across industries, managing teams and starting my own business. I have a deep passion for food and travel, especially to the African continent as my roots lie there. I am a voracious reader and love writing in my free time.
My work is currently in the space of leadership training. I started WarriorX academy because as a leader in my previous role, I realised that leading isn't always about managing teams and finding ways to getting the job done. It's more than that. Leadership is command, clarity and influence. Hence, The Leadership Command Experience is not motivation and skill based. It is a two day immersive, on-site program on Leadership Embodiment and is only for Senior Management and above levels. Here, leaders are walked through a high-intensity leadership immersion designed to re-code decision-making, presence and authority through controlled pressure, psychological anchoring and warrior rituals. WarriorX trains how the body, mind and authority respond under pressure.
