I am a Company Secretary by profession having experience in Indian (post incorporation compliances of foreign subsidiaries incorporated as private limited Companies in India) and Global compliances (UK, Luxembourg, Dubai, Abi Dhabi, Brazil, Singapore) for over seven years approx. My work and education history has provided me with a broad range of skills and a passion to fill this role and contribute to the great work.

My degree in Company Secretary provided me with the foundation to analyze and execute my roles and responsibilities with precision and focus. My current work experience as a Company Secretary in Apex Funds Services provided me with on-the-job experience in a thorough understanding of relevant skills using a variety of methods.

I am passionate about the opportunity open to solve real-world problems. I have the education and experience to excel in the role, and the drive to constantly improve.
