Founder, Mosaic AI — Autonomous AI agents replacing back-office ops for India’s 800K FMCG distributors.

I have built an autonomous AI infrastructure for India's most overlooked back office: the FMCG distributor.

800,000 distributors run ₹12L Cr/year through WhatsApp forwards and handwritten registers — no ERP fits how they actually work, and the ones that exist require a trained operator at a desk, not a DSR in the field.

Mosaic's 16 autonomous agents read WhatsApp orders in any Indian language, run collections dunning, file GST returns, and file scheme claims before deadlines — without a human triggering a single one of those actions.

I built the entire platform solo — backend, 16 agents, two mobile apps, a web dashboard, and full WhatsApp automation. It's production-ready today. Currently raising a pre-seed round to take this from built to deployed across 5 South Indian cities.
