I, Kishore Kumar am a senior banking and financial services leader with over 29 years of experience across large banks and NBFCs, and Co-founder of Enablistar, a Bengaluru-based Software venture building collaborative banking ecosystems that help banks, lenders and fintechs deliver digital financial services. I was a promoter and Chief Risk Officer at Saggraha Management Services Pvt Ltd, and my career spans the full spectrum of lending wholesale banking, mid-markets, SME, rural finance, and secured and unsecured retail products giving a 360-degree view of asset quality, portfolio management and risk governance. An Agriculture Graduate and am an alumnus of IIM Bangalore. Known for building risk frameworks that enable growth rather than constrain it, I combines deep regulatory understanding with entrepreneurial, hands-on judgment. I have partnered with stake holders to strengthen underwriting, collections and early-warning systems, and am passionate about financial inclusion.
