I'm the founder of Udyogah and UdyogahConnect, built on one idea: running a business shouldn't need a dozen disconnected tools to manage people and operations.
I started Udyogah because employers often juggle separate systems for recruitment, HR, customer relationships and daily operations—each with its own login and learning curve. This fragmentation wastes time and creates blind spots, making it harder for businesses to scale and for job seekers to find roles that truly fit them.
Our mission is to bring these functions into one practical platform—helping employers find suitable talent, giving job seekers a clearer path to opportunities, and making everyday business management simpler.
We're building for businesses and professionals across Singapore, India, the UAE and Canada, each with its own regulatory and workforce dynamics we're designing to serve well.
As we grow, my focus stays on building something reliable, secure and capable of scaling with our users.
