I am Konstantin Yegorov, founder and CEO of AERO-GSERENT sp. z o.o., the on-demand rental division of the AERO-GSE group. For over a decade I have led the group's ground-support-equipment (GSE) business across Central and Eastern Europe, building a certified (ISO 9001:2015) Sales, Service and Spare-parts operation that has deployed passenger stairs, cargo equipment, ground power units and de-icing systems in more than ten countries. My focus is turning that service strength into a scalable rental platform: short- and long-term GSE leasing with rapid deployment and 24/7 support, so airports, airlines and ground handlers can grow capacity without heavy capital spend while staying safe and compliant. I am raising capital to grow the rental fleet, add battery-electric units and expand across CEE. I work in Polish, English and Ukrainian, and I am comfortable with regulators, airport authorities, airline stakeholders and technical teams. I run the business end-to-end through Odoo-based rental, fleet and service systems. My goal is to build a regionally leading, service-driven GSE rental company with durable, recurring revenue.
