I am Lakshay Amera, a BBA Finance graduate (CGPA: 9.08) from Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, and a CFA Level I candidate and NISM XV certified Research Analyst. Here is a brief summary of what I bring:-
• Financial Modeling: Built end-to-end 3-statement models and DCF valuations for companies including DMart, Walmart, Nvidia, Asian Paints, and Hindalco — covering revenue forecasting, WACC, terminal value, and sensitivity analysis.
• LBO Modeling: Developed Leveraged Buyout models for Burger King and Kraft Heinz, analyzing capital structure, debt repayment, IRR, MoM returns, and exit multiples.
• Valuation: Issued Buy/Hold/Sell recommendations based on intrinsic value vs. market price using DCF and comparable company analysis.
• Internship Experience: Previously worked at STOFO (Research Analyst Intern), AICTE (Startup & Investment Management Intern), and JALVAYU (Founder's Desk Intern), gaining hands-on exposure to equity research, valuation reports, and startup ecosystems.
