I am a healthcare entrepreneur with 19+ years of experience in hospital operations, business strategy and healthcare transformation. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with hospital promoters, CEOs and clinical leaders, gaining firsthand insight into one of the industry’s biggest operational challenges—temporary workforce shortages. Hospitals often struggle to find qualified healthcare professionals at short notice, relying on fragmented offline networks that delay patient care and affect operations.

To solve this, I am building Locum, an AI-powered healthcare workforce platform that enables hospitals to instantly engage verified healthcare professionals on an hourly, shift-based and locum basis. The platform aims to simplify temporary staffing through intelligent matching, credential verification and a seamless digital experience.

An interactive HTML-based prototype has already been developed to demonstrate the concept and user journey. My vision is to build India’s most trusted healthcare workforce platform, helping hospitals ensure uninterrupted patient care while creating flexible opportunities for healthcare professionals.
