I am Manoj Panicker, Founder & CEO of Exeed Logistik India Pvt Ltd and the entrepreneur behind PreciGo, a precision critical-logistics venture focused on healthcare and high-consequence B2B operations. I bring 20+ years of experience across logistics, critical operations, customer solutions and business transformation.
I previously built Exeed’s first operating chapter, which generated approximately ₹4.75 crore in cumulative revenue and provided real-world insight into customer demand, shipment economics, working-capital pressure and the risks of scaling fixed costs ahead of operating density. We paused operations and redesigned the model around selective customer admission, corridor qualification, contribution-positive economics, cash discipline and accountable exception management.
PreciGo is the result of that learning: an asset-light, technology-enabled critical-logistics operator controlling the customer commitment, first and last mile, exception ownership and service outcomes, while using qualified mid-mile capacity where required.
