My work has centered on translating complex ideas into operational realities — from architecting biometric identity and payment platforms to designing infrastructure-led business models and guiding organizations through critical growth and transformation phases.

My foundation was shaped in global financial services at Barclaycard, where I managed high-value portfolios and led process improvements within regulated, high-performance environments.
