I am a seasoned professional turned business hotelier, proudly calling myself a Hotelpreneur, with 26 years in hospitality, having worked with leading hotel brands like Taj and ITC. I began my Hotelpreneur journey in January 2019 with Signum Hotels, which was recognized by Forbes DGMES 200 in 2023 as an Indian company with global business potential. We have partnered with the Al Waleed Group in Dubai to manage their assets and have a global tie-up with Wyndham Hotels to develop 5,000 keys under the Trademark Collection brand. Over the past seven years, we have weathered challenges like COVID and the Middle East conflict, yet remained steadfast in our mission. We now aim to grow extensively in India, driven by a significant boost in domestic tourism. My values of honesty, integrity, and passion, instilled from my defense background, keep me going. I am deeply passionate and never give up, which is why we stand tall despite all odds. Our focus now is to scale up with hotels in India, especially in tier 2 and 3 cities, targeting a sweet spot of 40–60 keys.
