He has founded and scaled two successful SAP consulting firms from the ground up, establishing strong delivery capabilities while also building revenue engines that supported sustainable growth. One of these firms was later acquired by EY, where Naveenn went on to serve as a Partner, leading large-scale SAP-led digital transformation programs and advising clients on procurement transformation, operating models, and enterprise technology strategy.
A consistent theme in his work is bridging the gap between strong delivery and predictable revenue. He observed that most technology firms struggle not due to capability, but due to the absence of a structured sales operating model.
