I’ve spent 20 years building and running HR functions — most recently as the sole global HR leader for a 3,500+ employee, public listed company in the content, publishing, and digital learning space, reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO.

I built HR function from scratch across four geographies — hiring frameworks, leadership pipelines, people analytics, ESOP administration, and the people side of four acquisitions spanning India, the US, China, and Australia.

Before that, I led HR across global publishing and education, telecom and technology services, and high-growth e-commerce — covering APAC business partnering, high-velocity hiring, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations.

What I’ve learned: most HR problems aren’t HR problems. They’re business problems that show up in people data first.

I’m now sharing what 20 years in the trenches taught me — about building HR functions from zero, leading through M&A, and using people analytics to make real business decisions — and open to advisory conversations with founders, CHROs, and business leaders navigating growth or transformation..
