AntiFragilient OS works at the level of the system, not the personality.
When safety is restored, consistency and calm action emerge naturally.
My professional background includes training in Functional Nutrition and Reiki, which gives me a multi-layered understanding of how stress, regulation, and recovery affect the body and mind.
This foundation supports my role as a guide — helping people orient toward systems that restore rhythm rather than relying on constant intervention.
I work closely with Dr. Abhimanyou Raathore, who created AntiFragilient OS.
