I am having 25 years of experience in retail banking where I served with Citigroup and HDFC Bank. Joined Citigroup as a sales manager handling strategic clients, then shifted to underwriting. Was handling North and South Underwriting for asset based lending. Deaignated as SPOC for Citi asset based system enhancement, where i have developed new loan origination and management system. Having expertise in retail sales, underwriting, regulatory compliance, RBI Audit, priority sector lending, risk management and system enhancements. In HDFC Bank was spearheading process and digitisation. Charging process flows, system controls for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Developed straight through processes for commercial lending. Started my own company where we have IRDAI license of broker for both general and life. The company is incorporated in July 26 and commenced operation in Dec 26. We have 2 IRDAI authorised offices in Jaipur and Delhi. Our primary target send is commercial segment customers.
