I am Nitin R., Founder and CEO of Nyumatrix (Innyumatrix Private Limited). My foundation merges an Electronic and Communications Engineering degree with a Marketing MBA, bridging deep-tech hardware engineering with commercial scaling.
Before hardware, I built operational resilience across digital, enterprise, and D2C sectors. Beginning in e-commerce at Bikayi, I advanced to healthtech at ekincare, tailoring B2B solutions for large enterprises. At Razorpay, I tackled e-commerce vulnerabilities, helping businesses reduce COD RTO rates. I subsequently launched Oxy Attire, a D2C clothing brand. Scaling it exposed the fatal flaws of third-party supply chains, proving that true disruption requires owning the means of production.
Building an innovative consumer electronics brand is my passion project. The Indian landscape dominated by legacy brands relying on offshore imports, we envisioned the solution in our own entirely unique way. This led to Nyumatrix. Implementing Industry 4.0 principles, we established a vertically integrated micro-factory. From prototyping complex enclosures to designing custom Printed Circuit Boards, we own every step of the development cycle.
