Omkar Singh is a technology-driven agripreneur and Founder associated with DelyFresh Farm Tech Pvt. Ltd., working at the intersection of livestock value chain innovation, rural livelihood generation, and digital agriculture. He holds a B.Tech degree and has received specialized training in Meat Processing and Value Addition from ICAR–National Meat Research Institute (ICAR-NMRI).
With a strong focus on organized meat supply chains, Omkar is leading innovative models in goat farming, women-led livestock enterprises, and farm-to-consumer meat delivery systems. Through initiatives like cluster-based goat farming and digital goat traceability systems, he is enabling small and marginal women farmers to integrate into formal markets with veterinary support, advisory services, and assured buyback linkages.
He is also actively engaged with ecosystem partners such as Bihar Entrepreneurs Association and Bihar Agricultural University to address structural challenges in the meat processing and small ruminant sector.
His mission is to formalize the unorganized meat sector, improve farmer income, and build a transparent, technology-enabled livestock value chain in Bihar.
