As the Founder & CEO of Pragnya Drone and Swarna Raisins, I am driven by a passion for innovation and excellence in two distinct industries—#DroneTechnology and #HealthySnacking.

At Pragnya Drone, my mission is to empower engineering institutes and graduates by bridging the gap between academia and industry. We achieve this through the establishment of Drone Centres of Excellence, where extensive R&D is conducted, and by offering NSDC-approved Diplomas in Drone Technology. The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, is focused on promoting skill development and entrepreneurship in India. By aligning our drone technology courses with NSDC standards, we ensure that students receive industry-recognized certifications that are both relevant and valuable in today’s fast-evolving technological landscape. This initiative enables the next generation of professionals to gain hands-on skills and thrive in the rapidly growing field of drones.

Managing the operational complexities of both organizations, I handle everything from #StrategicPlanning, #Marketing, and #TeamDevelopment to navigating #RegulatoryLandscapes and adopting cutting-edge technology in agriculture and drones. It’s a constant challenge, but I’m proud of the progress we’ve made so far. At Swarna Raisins, we continue to expand our product reach, while at Pragnya Drone, we’re leading the charge in training and educating the next generation of drone professionals. It’s been an adventure in scaling businesses across two distinct industries.
