Rakshith J comes from a family textile retail and wholesale business background dating to approximately 2016–17 and has
developed hands-on experience in textile trading, sourcing, customer relationships, product selection and market development.
After entering the textile business, Rakshith pursued a strategy of identifying differentiated and underdeveloped product
categories rather than remaining limited to conventional textile trading. This led to research into microfiber towels and
ultimately to the import and distribution of microfiber products from China.
The initial period involved significant market-development challenges. Over time, the business developed product knowledge,
customer relationships, repeat demand and a deeper understanding of microfiber specifications, GSM, construction, quality,
applications and pricing. The promoter then expanded research across different towel types and end-use markets.
The proposed manufacturing project is the next stage of that product-specific learning curve: move from sourcing finished
products to controlling manufacturing, quality, conversion and delivery in India.
