Ratender is the Founder & CEO of Derivion International Pvt. Ltd. (DPIIT-recognised), building ISFT (International School of Financial Trading) — an EdTech venture bridging India's theory-heavy financial education with industry-grade practical training. He holds an MSc in AI Robotics from the University of Essex, bringing a technical, systems-driven lens to curriculum design and assessment.

Under his leadership, Derivion has built a three-tier programme architecture (Foundation, Practitioner, and Advanced Trading tracks), secured UK academic accreditation pathways, and signed institutional partnerships including a management institute MoU and sector skill council collaborations.
