I have been heading the Quality assurance and Training function in various domains like IT, ITes, insurance, BPO and edtech. I have also handled sales operations and collections. I am six sigma Green Belt certified by KPMG and have completed my graduation in B. Com Hons from Shri Ram college of Commerce, Delhi University. My skills include operations management, driving process excellence, training development and delivery for sales and customer service campaigns. I am proficient in MS office and well versed in data analysis. I am known for driving revenue growth through quality initiatives and Training solutions.
