About

I am Reuben Rodrigues, CTO at Minestarters, with 10 years of professional experience. I am from Panjim, Goa, and work remotely while travelling. I speak English, Hindi and Konkani.

At Minestarters, I lead the technology side of a business connecting mining intelligence with planned financial infrastructure for mining. Atlas, our free mining intelligence platform, is live and serves as a distribution channel for the wider company. Our financial-services platform is a working MVP, with commercial launch dependent on the required permissions.

The wider Minestarters business plans to combine tokenisation, brokerage and market-making, and investor-relations support for miners. We are initially focused on institutions. Bermuda DABA licensing is in progress; we do not represent the planned financing activities as licensed or live.

Our founder and CEO, Marcel Nally, brings over 30 years of geology experience and co-founded Moxico. I joined the business subsequently and hold equity. My focus is building the technology that supports mining research, investor discovery and the company’s planned financing services.
