His expertise spans strategic and operational management in *Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management*, and *Customer Services**, with a strong focus on *business transformation* and *change management*. In his last corporate role, he served as *Senior Vice President* at *Tata Bluescope Steel*, overseeing key operations across the eastern region of India until 2023.
An alumnus of *IIMC* and *Aligarh Muslim University*, Reyaz brings a rich educational foundation to his professional endeavors. He currently serves as a *Partner for Business Growth at CCC Digital Pvt Ltd*, guiding startups and supporting innovative business models. He is also *Director: Business Growth Alliance and Partnership* at *Vastav India Steel Pvt Ltd*, where he drives growth initiatives and leads hiring for key roles.
