About
Ruchika Agrawal is the Founder of TwinsTribe, India's first platform dedicated exclusively to twin families.
An IIT (BHU) Varanasi engineer and IIM Lucknow MBA, Ruchika spent over 14 years helping businesses solve growth and strategy challenges. She was a Senior Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and later Head of Strategy at Marico before taking the entrepreneurial leap.
Her inspiration to build TwinsTribe came from a deeply personal experience. After becoming a twin mom to Reyansh and Miraaya, she realized that while raising twins is fundamentally different from raising a single child, almost every product, service, and support system available was designed for single-child families. What began as a search for better solutions evolved into a much larger mission.
She founded TwinsTribe to build the world's first dedicated ecosystem for twin parents—combining thoughtfully designed twin-specific products, a highly engaged community, expert-led support, and trusted content. Today, TwinsTribe serves thousands of twin families across India and is pioneering an entirely new category in parenting.
