Shaikh Saad is a Mumbai-based Investment Banking Analyst with hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle from origination to close. Currently at Growthally, a middle-market boutique, he has supported transactions ranging from seed raises to INR 60Cr acquisitions, working across sectors including QSR, agritech, and apparel. Prior to this, he contributed to a USD 2M seed raise at Eastri, building the financial model and investor materials that drove the process to close. His skill set spans 3-statement modelling, DCF, trading and transaction comps, pitchbooks, and information memoranda. He has also conducted sector-wide equity research, adding 50+ startups to an active deal pipeline, and independently developed a leasing-as-debt-replacement strategy now deployed with clients.
