Sagar Mainkar is the Co-Founder & CEO of Nureya Beauty and Wellness Pvt. Ltd., building Project Skin, an AI-powered personalized skincare platform. He brings over 10 years of experience across health & wellness, manufacturing, finance, and marketing, with prior roles at JP Morgan and HHI Marketing. His background combines financial discipline, operational understanding, and consumer brand-building expertise.
He began his journey in skincare with Benotia, initially focused on products, but later identified a deeper gap: the absence of a structured, personalized system in skincare. This led to the evolution into Project Skin, a technology-led platform integrating AI-driven skin analysis, dermatology consultation, and clinically tested formulations.
Sagar is actively involved in product strategy, partnerships, and execution, with a vision to build a scalable, data-driven skincare ecosystem that shifts the industry from product-based to personalized skin health management.
