Sameer Seth is the Founder & Principal Consultant of MyHR Pilot, a people and change management consulting firm focused on building future-ready organisations and leaders. He serves as Vice Chairman of the QCFI Gwalior Chapter, Vice President of the Gwalior Management Association (AIMA local chapter), and a nominated mentor to ABV-IIITM, Gwalior under the Ministry of Education’s CBDE programme. He is also a member of the Council for Academic and Research (CAR), DoMS, ABV-IIITM, and a visiting faculty at leading management institutions in Gwalior.
With 28+ years of leadership experience across organisations such as Mondelez, ITC, and Mawana, Sameer has led impactful initiatives in people development, organisational effectiveness, and change leadership.
