With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector as a freelancer, I’ve closely studied the market trends, infrastructure demands, and business opportunities, especially in Tier-2 cities like Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
Inspired by the growth-friendly policies of the Government of Odisha and the Central Government, I’ve launched MRK REALCON with a vision to build high-quality infrastructure while contributing meaningfully to society. My mission is not just to develop projects but to create employment opportunities for young Indian talents across engineering, software, and civil backgrounds, while integrating AI and modern technology to accelerate organizational growth.

My goal is to scale from zero to ₹1000 crore in the next five years, and for this, I am actively seeking strategic support, domestic funding, and FDI partnerships.
