I work in the Process Engineering and New Product Development roles at Filtrex Technologies, a Marmon Water / Berkshire Hathaway Company. I oversee the manufacturing of specialty carbon and Filtration Cartridges for targeted contaminant reduction. I have more than 16 years of experience in the industry, spanning pharma, non-pharma, and carbon filter manufacturing sectors.

My role involves applying my Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management Tools to streamline processes, optimize costs, and ensure quality and safety standards. I am passionate about sustainability and innovation, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects that enhance the performance and efficiency of our products and processes.
