Shubham Gupta is the founder of incep²t, an AI platform that runs financial, business-process and privacy controls continuously rather than once a year. He spent a decade at Deloitte on controls, ITGC and security across large SOX and ERP transformation programs for global enterprises, work that meant scoping risk, testing hundreds of controls manually, and watching the sharpest people on those teams spend their time on documentation instead of judgment.
That experience became the thesis for incep²t: an engine that runs the actual controls work, scoping, testing, evidence, reporting, so the work gets faster and the judgment stays with the people who've earned it. incep²t is live today, running programs across SOX, ICFR, ERP transformation, GDPR and DPDP for its first clients, with a growing pipeline that includes conversations with Big Four teams.
