Sirisha is an infrastructure and systems builder with deep experience in institutional procurement, global food supply chains, and compliance-led operations. An IIT Kharagpur (Ocean Engineering) alum, she has worked across HoReCa, cruise and maritime kitchens, export supply chains, defence-linked procurement, and emergency-relief food systems, including projects aligned with EU and UN food and circular-economy frameworks, related to Global Village Initiative that is taken as standardized project to implement in EU and India by a global council.

Her core strength lies in designing operating systems before scale — spanning procurement, compliance, audits, and multi-stakeholder adoption. Prior to Kurven, Sirisha successfully led and closed multiple Tier-1 enterprise pilots, replacing legacy operating systems with digitalised workflows across 7+ departments in large hospitality organisations. These systems have remained in active use for over eight years, demonstrating long-term institutional adoption.
