I like solving problems that are messy, operational, and difficult to fix from behind a desk. Today, I'm building REPYAR - The Fleet Uptime Operating System. A truck makes money only when it moves, yet fleet maintenance still runs through disconnected mechanics, workshops, parts vendors, fleet managers, and approvals. We are fixing this by taking responsibility for the entire maintenance process - from inspection and quotation to parts, repair, billing, and audit trail. We started in Northeast India, learned the business by solving problems on the ground, and have since completed 10,000+ repairs while working with enterprise customers including Delhivery and STAR Cement. Now we are taking what works and building it region by region across India. The goal is simple: less time waiting, more vehicles moving. I believe good businesses are built by staying close to customers, finding where time and money are lost, and fixing those problems one by one. Every repair makes our system stronger.
