Sudharshan M K is the Founder and CEO of Frontial, a Bengaluru-based Salesforce consulting and technology company helping organisations transform their sales, marketing and customer engagement operations.
With over a decade of experience in Salesforce, Marketing Automation and CRM, Sudharshan has worked across diverse industries and geographies, delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM implementations, marketing automation solutions and custom applications. His experience includes working with organisations in hospitality, pharmaceuticals and the Middle East market, with a strong focus on turning business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
At Frontial, Sudharshan leads a team that works across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, custom software development and AI, including building applications and solutions on top of Salesforce clouds.
His approach is grounded in hands-on delivery rather than simply advising from the sidelines. He believes the best technology partners are those who understand the technology deeply, have been involved in real implementations, and can take responsibility for delivering outcomes.
