I am a technology entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. As Co-Founder & COO of Skillety Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I am passionate about transforming traditional recruitment through technology and innovation.
I have been instrumental in conceptualising and building Lety, an AI-powered recruitment platform that simplifies and automates the entire hiring lifecycle from job description creation and talent sourcing to candidate screening, technical interviews and hiring insights.
With deep industry understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset, I focus on identifying real market challenges and building scalable business solutions. My vision goes beyond recruitment to create an integrated talent ecosystem connecting colleges, students, recruitment partners and corporates.
