About

I am Swagata Ganguly, Co-Founder & Director of YantrikChef Private Limited, where I lead business strategy, operations, Human Resource, vendor management, fundraising, investor communication, marketing and retail expansion. With 14+ years of professional experience across human resources, talent acquisition and business operations, I bring a strong combination of people management and execution capabilities. At YantrikChef, I am closely involved in transforming our vision of a robotic micro-restaurant into a commercially viable venture, working across business planning, team building, product procurement, partnerships and market development. I have been instrumental in taking the company from concept to a working prototype and building the foundation for commercialisation. As a founder, I focus on creating scalable operations, building the right team and translating innovative ideas into practical business opportunities.
