I am the Founder & CEO of MillionFlats, building the Architecture of Trust for luxury real estate across India and Dubai.
Multi-crore property purchases still rely on unverified brochures, broker bias, and blind trust-leaving buyers without on-ground verification. I built MillionFlats to replace guesswork with five proprietary verification layers: BIM-based 3D Digital Twins, independent price benchmarking, AI investment scoring, automated legal title checks, and agent trust scoring.
Free for buyers, developers, and agents, we monetize through luxury property sales, 3D digital twin creation, AI SaaS, and an ecosystem spanning home loans, legal services, and interiors. Backed by partnerships with DAMAC Properties(UAE), Azizi Development(UAE), Yugen Infra(India) and Meta-dology(USA), we are targeting ₹10.5 Cr in Year 1 revenue across India’s ₹180T and Dubai’s 50B AED markets.
We are currently raising ₹1 Crore for 10% equity (9 Crore pre-money valuation) to scale our developer network and AI infrastructure.
