About
Tushar started investing in 2018, convinced I was building a diversified portfolio. I had a Nifty 50 ETF, two large-cap mutual funds, a flexi-cap fund, and a handful of direct stocks. On paper, five separate instruments. In reality, I was 40% Reliance and HDFC Bank.
The 2020 crash made it obvious. Everything fell together, because everything was the same thing. I spent the next year building spreadsheets to track real underlying exposure — manually pulling fund factsheets, calculating weighted overlaps, updating it every quarter.
Divve is that spreadsheet, rebuilt as a product. It looks through every instrument you hold, maps the real underlying companies, and gives you a single score that tells you the truth about your portfolio.
His mission is to give every Indian investor — from first-time SIP holders to seasoned traders — a clear, honest picture of their real portfolio exposure. No jargon. No false comfort. Just the truth, with a path forward.
"After 8 years of investing across stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs — I realised I was holding the same 10 companies in 6 different wrappers. Divve is the tool I wish I had."- Tushar Dagriya
