That same hands-on, numbers-driven leadership style is now channeled into building RestoBiz Pro, a financial audit and operations platform for India's independent restaurant market. After years of watching restaurants operate with little real-time visibility into their own margins, I founded RestoBiz Pro to solve the problem from the inside out — not as another POS, but as what we call an F-BOSS (Food Business Operator Support System): a layer that gives owners a live, accurate picture of their business through tools like an AI-powered Waste Lab, a dual-entry shadow ledger, and a real-time P&L engine. This venture sits at the intersection of two things I know deeply: how hospitality businesses actually run on the ground, and how technology can fix what operators have been guessing at for years.
