A mechanical engineer from IIT Roorkee and PGDBM with more than 30 years of professional experience. Since Feb 2011, I was working as Director (Corporate Quality/ New product Development/ Operations Excellence) at Amtek Auto Ltd. which was a Publicly Listed Company. Also nominated in board as a Whole Time Director in group company – Castex Technology Ltd. We had 50 plants all over India and my mandate was to increase EBDITA and Quality of all plants. We successfully increased our EBDITA by more than 100 % in many plants and saw significant improvements in quality level. In addition to our internal efforts, we engaged with Accenture and McKinsey to drive EBDITA improvement for our plants and had quite a successful journey with them. As Amtek Auto went into insolvency and was managed by E&Y from July 2017 till 2021, I worked with E&Y leadership team. Post resolution, Amtek Auto Ltd. and Castex Technology Ltd are owned by DVI USA- an investment house. I left Amtek Group on 12th May 2022 including the board of Castex Technology Ltd. I am working as strategic advisor to industries (as freelance consultant). I am founder Director of Digiqi Solutions Pvt Ltd.
