Vivek Nairy is an entrepreneur, product builder, and startup founder focused on building practical technology solutions for early-stage companies and young founders. He is the Founder & CEO of FuseCake, a startup management SaaS platform designed to bring essential team and business operations into a unified workspace, reducing the need forstartups to rely on multiple disconnected tools.
Vivek is closely involved in FuseCake’s product development, growth, hiring, partnerships, marketing, and day-to-day operations. His approach to entrepreneurship is strongly execution-focused: identify real problems faced by founders and small teams, build practical solutions, launch quickly, and continuously improve through user feedback.
Before FuseCake, Vivek founded LettrBlack, an EdTech platform focused on private learning communities, collaborative study, knowledge sharing, and student engagement. Through LettrBlack, he gained experience in building products, managing teams, working with students, and understanding the challenges faced by young people building and learning together.
