Vivek Solanki is the Founder & CEO of Thread Factory, a fashion wholesale platform powered by market intelligence and AI, transforming sourcing for India’s fragmented apparel retail market.

A BITS Pilani, Goa Campus graduate (2015), Vivek has worked across supply chain, operations, and growth at startups including CarDekho, NestAway, and TravelPlus, the B2B arm of FabHotels. At TravelPlus, he was part of the 0→1 journey, helping scale revenue from ₹0 to ₹25 Cr/month.

At Thread Factory, Vivek is building an AI and data-driven sourcing layer for independent apparel retailers, combining market intelligence, retailer profiling, product data, AI-powered curation, and physical sampling to help retailers source trend-right inventory faster and with greater confidence.

Under his leadership, Thread Factory has grown to 175+ paid retailers, sold 23,000+ pieces across 1,050+ SKUs, and generated ~₹1.5 Cr revenue over the last 12 months. His vision is to build the intelligence infrastructure for India’s independent fashion retail network, turning fragmented demand signals into better sourcing and inventory decisions.
