Yash Veer is the Co-Founder and CEO of ShopBolt AI, a technology company building a phone-first AI receptionist for appointment-based businesses. He leads product vision, business development, customer acquisition, sales strategy and overall company direction. Along with his co-founders, Yash has taken ShopBolt AI from product development to a live, revenue-generating business serving the appointment-business market.
ShopBolt AI focuses initially on the U.S. dental market, where businesses continue to depend heavily on phone calls for customer inquiries and appointment scheduling. The company’s AI receptionist is designed to answer inbound calls quickly, support appointment workflows, route calls, use business-specific knowledge and work with existing business phone numbers through call forwarding. Yash is closely involved in understanding customer requirements, shaping product workflows, testing the system and improving the product based on real-world feedback.
Yash has an MCA and a technology background, with hands-on experience in building software products and working across technical and commercial functions.
