Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Kumar Jain is a seasoned academic and transformational leader with over two decades of experience in higher education, management training, and executive development. He currently serves as Professor & Deputy Dean in the School of Management (Executive & Online Education) at IILM University, Greater Noida, where he plays a pivotal role in academic strategy, curriculum design, and quality enhancement across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs.
Dr. Jain holds a PhD in Business Administration and advanced qualifications in Finance, Business Management, and Commerce, complemented by postgraduate diplomas and teaching certifications. His academic foundation equips him with deep expertise in finance, accounting, strategic management, and analytics, which he applies to both research and classroom teaching.
