• Networking and Community access.
• Fundraising assistance and Investor relations.
• Mentorship, Business Consulting, and Advisory services.
• Corporate secretarial and legal support (collectively, the “Services”).

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

3. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

To access premium features, you must create a registered account. You agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide true, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
• Notification: Immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. FINANCIAL TERMS & PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

• Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Pricing: The Company reserves the right to revise service pricing at any time. Revised prices will apply to new bookings/subscriptions.
• Taxation: Payments are subject to statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 18%), which shall be added to the base service fee.
• Payment Processing: We utilize PCI-compliant third-party gateways like Paytm & PhonePe. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the terms of the respective processor.
• Data Security: The Company does not store sensitive financial data (credit card/CVV/OTP). All transactions are encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Consulting & Membership: Fees paid for consulting, advisory, or membership services are non-refundable once the service has commenced or digital access has been granted.
• Discretion: Refunds for non-performance are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our internal [Refund Policy].
• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website, its original content, features, logos, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of SL Enterpreneurs Private Limited.

• Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal or internal business use.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. TERMINATION OF USE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

1. You breach these Terms.
2. Your conduct is deemed harmful to the Company’s reputation or other users.
3. Requested by law enforcement or government agencies.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India.

• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable mediation.
• Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, the courts in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
