Referral Commission is subject to following Terms & Conditions:

1. The Commission shall be calculated at 1% of the total investment received in the Startup.

2. You are eligible for the Commission only in case StartupLanes receives the full success fee from the Startup.

3. The Commission shall be released within 30 days of full payment receipt by StartupLanes. 

4. You should send an invoice to SL Enterpreneurs Private Limited for the release of Commission. 

5. Tax is deductible at source as per the Government rule. 

6. Incase the payment has to be refunded by StartupLanes to the Startup, the Commission paid to you have to be released back to StartupLanes from you. 

7. The minimum threshold is INR 10,000 for the release of the Commission. 

8. At present, the payment can only be made in Indian Rupees and in Indian Bank Account only.
