He noted that despite high material inflation and market volatility, the company delivered steady margins in H1 FY27 and remains confident about carrying the business momentum into the second half of the year.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of Pidilite Industries settled 4.13 per cent lower at Rs 1,392 on the BSE on Wednesday.
"Pidilite Industries' latest financial results demonstrate steady top-line growth despite prevailing cost pressures and material inflation in the market. Achieving a 20.9 per cent increase in revenue while maintaining stable margins reflects strong demand across its core Consumer & Bazaar and Business to Business segments. For businesses navigating volatile macroeconomic conditions, balancing robust volume growth with cost management remains critical to sustaining long-term operational profitability." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
