Global Dental Services, the operator of the renowned oral care clinics chain Clove Dental, has secured a strategic equity investment of $50 million from Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund. This funding comes as part of the company’s total investment of $116 million, including a $66 million growth funding round led by Investcorp in November last year. The substantial investment will fuel the expansion of Clove Dental’s clinical network, facilitate the growth of smile-enhancing solutions, and support the development of a therapeutic oral care product range.

In addition to Clove Dental, India’s largest network of company-owned and managed dental clinics, the company introduced a new dental beauty brand, “Whistle,” offering customized smile-enhancing solutions.
