Signature Global awards ₹496 crore construction contract to B L Kashyap for Gurugram project

Realty firm Signature Global has awarded a construction contract worth ₹496 crore to B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd for its luxury housing project in Gurugram.

In April of this year, Signature Global tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram, with an investment of nearly ₹2,900 crore. The company has now awarded the construction contract for this branded residential project, titled 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences', situated at Sector 71 in Gurugram.

According to the company's statement, the project is expected to be completed in 5 to 6 years.

Lalit Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Signature Global, stated that as India's first Tonino Lamborghini branded residences, the project demands a standard of execution that matches its design ambition. He added that B L Kashyap's experience and engineering capability make them the right partner for the development.

Spread across 12.40 acres, the residential project comprises 812 premium flats.

Signature Global is among the leading real estate developers in the country. The company reported property sales worth ₹8,250 crore in the last fiscal year and is targeting sales bookings of ₹10,000 crore in the 2026-27 financial year. Since its inception, the firm has delivered 19.2 million square feet of real estate.
